Swiss occupational pension : portrait of « La Collective de Prévoyance – Copré »
Birth
The “Collective de Prévoyance - Copré”, founded in 1974, has been at the service of small and medium-sized companies for 30 years
Vision
Independent since 1998, we offer our insured an above-average return on their capital, without excessive fluctuation, as well as a simple organisation.
Operational Structure
In order to attain the retirement objectives established by the law, we entrust third parties carefully chosen by us with the fulfilment of certain specific tasks, such as the deposit bank, reinsurance, commercial development, administrative management of the accounts of affiliated companies, and management of bank and real estate, to mention only the foremost.
Beneficiaries
With us, no shareholder or third institution has to be remunerated. Solely the assets of our affiliated companies.
At the end of every financial year, the Board of Trustees determines the remuneration of the retirement assets of the insured, mainly by taking account of the results arising from the management of the assets, the operational expenses of the institution, the strength of the balance sheet and the risks involved.

Information Policy
Our desire for independence is also demonstrated by the convocation of an annual assembly of the delegates, the existence of a very complete internet site, as well as regular newsletters detailing the most important events in the life of the Foundation.
Objectives
Our primary concern is to be – for the companies that inspire our confidence – a reliable and efficient partner, and an additional asset in attracting executives of talent.
