Christina Rancic

President of Copré since 2007, Christina Rancic has been associated with the Foundation since the 1980s, firstly through her administrative activities and then with some responsible functions at general management level with H&M Hennes & Mauritz SA. In connection with these activities she had notably been responsible for human resources, and then in charge of accountancy and as delegate for Copré at the Annual General Meeting. She has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation since 2003.

Christina Rancic is a licentiate in the Industrial and Commercial Sciences, and financial management  (hons. finance), of Geneva University.

At the present moment, she is co-director of Ypsos Conseil en gestion and administrative director and member of the board of directors of Argos Investment Managers SA.

Christina Rancic was born in Sweden in 1958. She has lived in Geneva for 30 years, is married and mother of 4 children.

Robert Fiechter

Partner since 1986 in the Des Gouttes & Associés lawyers’ office, Robert Fiechter is also alternate judge in the Geneva Court of Justice as well as President of the OAR Poste Tribunal (since 2007) and  deputy secretary of the CDB surveillance committee (since 2008). He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1976. Robert Fiechter has a wide experience in international disputes and of counselling in commercial and bank litigation and international frauds. His principal areas of activity concern banking and stock market law, third party liability, contentious matters, economic penal law, company law and international trade. He joined the Copré Foundation Board of Trustees in 2005 and has held the Vice-Chairmanship since 2006..

Born in 1952, Robert Fiechter is married and father of  4 children. He lives in Geneva.

Jacques Grivel

Jacques Grivel is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fundo SA, a company specialising in risk and asset management for institutional clients, and currently manages risk on behalf of pension funds for a total amount of CHF 85 thousand million. Previously, Jacques Grivel was President and CEO for theScreener.com SA company, a recognised specialist in financial analyses. He has also been active in Private Equity, directed several financial communication companies and founded the micro-finance Finethic fund.

Born in 1964, Jacques Grivel has the advantage of a Masters degree from the Lausanne federal polytechnic school and holds a federal specialist diploma in pension funds.

He is married and father of two children. He lives in Morges/VD.

Mario Izzo

Member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation and of the Investment Committee

Mario Izzo has extensive experience in traditional private management, acquired mainly at Kessler Gestion SA in Geneva and during various professional residences in the USA. He also has solid knowledge of company management, especially in the fiduciary sectors, taxation, professional insurance, legal matters, accounting and human resources.
At the same time, Mario Izzo is responsible for courses at the Advanced School of Banking and Finance (ESNF) in Lausanne.

He speaks several languages. Born in 1970, Mario Izzo lives in Paudex/VD. He is married, and the father of a child.


Robin Gordon

A graduate of the Lausanne Hotel School, he has benefited from a full and varied career, including managerial posts within the group Retraites Populaires, Mercuri Urval SA then Multi Personnel Service. Currently managing director and partner at Interiman Group SA, he is in charge of ‘tertiary’ activities in one of the sector’s leading companies in French-speaking Switzerland, operating 34 agencies and employing a staff of 120.

??Born in 1965, Robin Gordon lives in Etoy. He is married and the father of two children.


Christian Gerbail

Elected at the Extraordinary General Assembly of December 2012 in place of Pierre Michel, Christian Gerbail is the latest addition to Copré’s Board of Trustees. After advanced studies at the Business School of Clermont-Ferrand, he began his career as Financial Manager with Cap Gemini (Switzerland) SA. Subsequently he worked at Gemini Consulting as senior consultant in finance and administration for Switzerland and Germany. For over 10 years he was Financial and Administrative Director of KBA-GIORI. In the context of this latter activity he became involved in the second pillar and chaired the company’s Board of Trustees. He also has extensive expertise in cash management as well as in management of hedge funds and private equity.

Independent since 2008 in a company providing consultancy support to small and medium-sized pension funds, Christian Gerbail was born in 1965, lives in Nyon, is married and the father of three children.
